NITROGEN GENERATOR having capacity of 20,0 Nm3/h (20.000 lit/h) for the professional inflation of truck, bus, earth moving machine and car tyres, conceived to continuously transform compressed air into nitrogen.

The Teco nitrogen generators produce nitrogen by the separation of the entering compressed air through membrane filters. This membrane separates oxygen molecules from the nitrogen ones. At the generator outlet thenitrogen purity is 95%.

To obtain a good starting level of nitrogen purity, the entering compressed air goes through some oil-separating filters equipped with an on- sight stoppage indicator in order to retain solid and oil particles up to 0.01 micron. After that the air passes through an activated carbon filter to eliminate any trace of vapour from the gas. SA 2000 is provided also with an additional pre-filter to protect the oil-separating device.
